呋虫胺对东亚小花蝽的安全性评价

摘要 【目的】探明呋虫胺对东亚小花蝽的安全性,为其生产应用提供依据。【方法】采用芸豆浸渍法探究呋虫胺对东亚小花蝽各龄若虫与成虫的毒力,以及取食量、产卵量和卵孵化的影响,评价呋虫胺对东亚小花蝽的安全性。【结果】呋虫胺对东亚小花蝽1龄、2龄、3龄、4龄和5龄若虫的LC_(50)分别为14.11 mg/L、40.80 mg/L、43.11 mg/L、41.28 mg/L和69.20 mg/L,对雄成虫和雌成虫的LC_(50)分别为45.75 mg/L和87.37 mg/L,即呋虫胺对东亚小花蝽1龄若虫毒力最强,对5龄若虫和雌成虫的毒力较弱。呋虫胺30.00 g/hm^(2)对东亚小花蝽的取食量和产卵量的相对抑制率分别为83.89%和84.29%(均>50.00%),其对东亚小花蝽取食量和产卵量的风险不可接受;呋虫胺60.00 g/hm^(2)对卵孵化的相对抑制率为33.38%(<50.00%),其对东亚小花蝽卵孵化的风险可接受。呋虫胺对东亚小花蝽1龄、2龄、3龄、4龄和5龄若虫的安全系数分别为0.07~0.18、0.20~0.51、0.22~0.54、0.21~0.52和0.35~0.86,除1龄若虫的风险评价为高风险外,2~5龄若虫均为中高风险;雌成虫和雄成虫的安全系数分别为0.44~1.09和0.23~0.57,风险评价为中高风险。【结论】呋虫胺推荐用量对东亚小花蝽若虫和成虫均存在中高风险,减半使用推荐剂量对东亚小花蝽的取食量和产卵量均产生抑制作用,采用东亚小花蝽防治害虫时不宜使用呋虫胺。 【Objective】The safety of Dinotefuran to Orius sauteri was discussed to provide the scientific basis for its application in agricultural production.【Method】The safety of Dinotefuran to O.sauteri was evaluated by studying the effects of Dinotefuran on toxicity,feeding amount,egg laying amount and egg incubation of O.sauteri nymphs with different instars and adults.【Result】The LC_(50)of Dinotefuran to nymphs with 1st,2nd,3rd,4th and 5th instar,male adults and female adults of O.sauteri was 14.11 mg/L,40.80 mg/L,43.11 mg/L,41.28 mg/L,69.20 mg/L,45.75 mg/L and 87.37 mg/L respectively,which indicated that Dinotefuran had the strongest toxicity to nymphs with 1st instar of O.sauteri and lesser toxicity to nymphs with 5th instar of O.sauteri.The relative inhibition rate of 30.00 g/hm^(2)Dinotefuran to feeding amount and egg laying amount of O.sauteri was 83.89%and 84.29%(>50.00%)separately and the risk was unacceptable.The relative inhibition rate of 60.00 g/hm^(2)Dinotefuran to egg incubation of O.sauteri was 33.38%(<50.00%)and the risk in egg incubation of O.sauteri was acceptable.The safety coefficient of Dinotefuran to nymphs with 1st,2nd,3rd,4th and 5th instar of O.sauteri was 0.07-0.18,0.20-0.51,0.22-0.54,0.21-0.52 and 0.35-0.86 respectively.The safety risk of Dinotefuran to nymphs with 2nd,3rd,4th and 5th instar of O.sauteri was evaluated at the medium-high level but the safety risk of Dinotefuran to nymphs with 1st instar of O.sauteri was evaluated at the high level.The safety coefficient of Dinotefuran to female and male adults of O.sauteri was 0.44-1.09 and 0.23-0.57 respectively and the safety risk was evaluated at the medium-high level.【Conclusion】Dinotefuran should not be applied when O.sauteri was used for controlling insect pest in agricultural production because the recommend dosage of Dinotefuran had the medium-high safety risk to nymphs and adults of O.sauteri and the 50%recommend dosage of Dinotefuran had the inhibition effect on feeding amount and egg laying amount of O.sauteri.
