摘要
针对目前建筑信息模型(BIM)与地理信息系统(GIS)两个领域在数据层面集成中存在转换过程复杂、效率低下的问题,提出了一种基于BIM数据标准工业基础类(IFC)向GIS数据标准Shapefile的快速转换方法.该方法首先解析建筑模型的IFC文件并过滤出需要转换的建筑构件;然后针对每个建筑构件的几何表达和空间关系生成建筑构件的多面体模型,并通过IFC关系实体获取与该建筑构件相关联的属性信息;最后将建筑构件的多面体模型和属性信息转换为多面体类型的Shapefile文件.整个处理过程以建筑构件为核心,使用多线程并行处理,提高了转换过程的效率.借助BIM和GIS领域的一系列开源软件实现了原型系统,并使用多个BIM建筑模型对方法进行了验证.
In response to the complex and inefficient conversion process in the integration of Building Information Modeling(BIM)and Geographic Information Systems(GIS)at the data level,a fast conversion method based on BIM data standard Industrial Foundation Class(IFC)to GIS data standard Shapefile is proposed.Firstly,the IFC file of the building model is parsed and the building components that need to be converted are filtered out;Then,according to the geometric expression and spatial relationship of each building component,the multi patch model of the building component is generated,and the attribute information associated with the building component is obtained through IFC relational entity;Finally,the multi patch model and attribute information of building components are transformed into a multi-patch typed Shapefile.The whole process takes building components as the core and uses multi-threaded parallel processing to improve the efficiency of the conversion process.A prototype system is realized with the help of a series of open-source software in the field of BIM and GIS,and several BIM building models are used to verify the method.
