摘要
数字经济和数字社会发展方兴未艾,数字化已成为教育变革和重塑的关键途径,数字化赋能为乡村教育振兴带来了重要的时代机遇。数字化赋能乡村教育振兴价值意蕴主要体现在供给高质量教育资源,缩小城乡教育差距;推动精准施策,改变乡村教育生态;革新教育观念,促进学生全面发展。在数字化赋能乡村教育治理的过程中,存在数字化视域亟待拓展、数字化设备资源欠缺、制度设计与管理乏力和师生数字化水平受限等现实困境。推进数字化赋能乡村教育振兴,需要重塑教师教育数字化价值理念、完善乡村教育数字化基础设施、构建教育数字化服务供给体系、提升师生教育数字化应用能力等。
Since the beginning of the 21st century,a new round of global technological revolution and industrial transformation has brought unprecedented development opportunities,and the huge potential in digital technology has been fully released.Educational Digitization has become a pivotal way to reform and reshape education.Digital empowerment has brought extremely crucial opportunities for the revitalization of rural education,and standing at the forefront of the era of education digitalization is an inevitable choice in rural education revitalization.The value implication of digital empowerment for rural education revitalization is primarily reflected in supplying high-quality education resources to narrow the disparity between urban and rural education,promoting targeted education governance to change rural education ecology,innovating the perception of solid-state education to promote the comprehensive development of students.At present,in the process of digitalization empowering rural education governance,there are realistic dilemmas such as the urgent need of digital vision,lack of digital equipment resources,weak institutional design and management,and limited digital proficiency of teachers and students.To promote educational digitization empowering the revitalization of rural education,it is essential to reshape the concept of digital value of teacher education,improve the digital infrastructure of rural education,build a digital service supply system for education,and enhance the digital application capacity of teachers and students.
