精准资助背景下学生资助育人体系构建路径

Construction Path of Student Financial Aid Education System in the Context of Targeted Funding

学生资助制度是党和国家深化教育公平、促进社会公平的主要举措,在人力资源开发与扶贫脱贫等方面意义重大。研究通过调查明确当前高校学生资助工作面临的问题,从精准资助的背景出发,以资助与育人的有效结合为目的,提出树立“发展型”资助工作的理念,以立德树人为根本任务,建立专业化全方位的体制与机制保障体系;以信息化为手段,采取定量与定性的方式,建立精准资助体系;以学生的全面发展为目标,丰富助学育人形式,设立助学育人岗位,助力学生成长为主的大学生资助育人体系。

The student financial aid system is a major measure taken by the state and the Party to deepen the reform of educational equity and promote social equity.It plays an important role in human resource development and poverty alleviation.This study first identifies through empirical investigations the current problems in providing financial aids to college students,then it puts forward the“development-oriented”funding concept in the context of targeted funding with effective combination of funding and education as its purpose.It aims to establish a professional and comprehensive system and guarantee mechanism with fostering virtue through education as the fundamental task,to set up a targeted funding system in both quantitative and qualitative methods with the aid of information technology;to enrich the forms of student financial aids,establish financial aids positions for students,and promote the path construction of the system for student financial aids,with the overall development of students as the goal.
