现场观察法优化护患沟通行为对ICU机械通气患者疗效

Efficacy of optimized nurse-patient communication behavior with field observation method on ICU patients with mechanical ventilation

目的探讨现场观察法优化护患沟通行为对ICU机械通气患者疗效。方法本院ICU于2022年5月采用现场观察法对护患沟通行为进行优化,将2021年11月~2022年4月随机抽取的54例患者纳入对照组,将2022年5月~2022年10月随机抽取的54例患者纳入观察组。比较两组预后相关指标(意外脱管率、机械通气及ICU住院时间),比较机械通气期间两组沟通质量[沟通互动行为量表(CIBI)],比较干预前后两组心理压力[状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI)]。结果观察组意外脱管率、机械通气及ICU住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);机械通气期间观察组沟通质量高于对照组(P<0.05);两组STAI评分较干预前均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于现场观察法优化护患沟通行为能有效缩短ICU机械通气患者预后恢复时间,提高护患沟通质量,减轻患者心理压力。

Objective To explore the efficacy of optimized nurse-patient communication behavior with field observation method on patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU.Methods Field observation method was used to optimize the nurse-patient communication behavior in ICU of the hospital in May 2022.54 patients randomly selected from November 2021 to April 2022 were included in control group,and 54 patients randomly selected between May 2022 and October 2022 were enrolled as observation group.Prognosis-related indicators(accidental extubation rate,mechanical ventilation and ICU stay),communication quality[Communication Interaction Behavior Instrument(CIBI)]during mechanical ventilation and psychological stress[State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI)]before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Resul ts The accidental extubation rate,mechanical ventilation and ICU stay in observation group were lower or shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The communication quality in observation group during mechanical ventilation was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).STAI scores in both groups were reduced compared with those before intervention,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized nurse-patient communication behavior based on field observation method can efectively shorten the prognosis recovery time,enhance the quality of nurse-patient communication,and relieve the psychological stress of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.
