女大学生就业观教育途径研究

A Study on the Educational Methods of Female College Students'Employment Concept

近年来,随着大学生毕业人数的逐年增加,就业形势越来越严峻。女大学生是大学生就业群体的重要组成部分,对其加强就业观教育有着重要的意义。通过对不同地区、不同教育层次和专业的526名在校大学生、26名就业创业成功的女性毕业生和19家用人单位的调研和走访,运用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法进行研究,发现当前女大学生就业观呈现出“两高两低两看重”的特点。在分析这些特点产生原因的基础上,从加强职业理想教育、自我认知教育、就业心理健康教育、创新创业教育、构建就业三方联动机制等方面提出了加强女大学生就业观教育的方法和途径。

In recent years,with the number of college graduates increasing year by year,the employment situation is becoming more serious.Female college students are an important part of the employment group among college students,hence it is of great significance to enhance the education of their employment concept.Based on a research and interview of 526 college students from different regions and with varying educational levels as well as majors,26 female college graduates who have been successful in securing employment and starting business,and 19 employers,it is found that currently female college students'employment concept exhibits the features of"two highs,two lows and two priorities".On the basis of analyzing the causes of these characteristics,this article proposes the methods and approaches to strengthen the education of female college students'employment concept from four aspects:strengthening the education of career ideal,self-cognition,employment mental health,innovation and entrepreneurship,and constructing the linkage mechanism of employment.
