基于LabVIEW的高通量角度数据处理方法

摘要 为实现高精度和高吞吐率动态角度数据采集,提出一种新型角度数据处理方法。以圆光栅测角原理为基础,基于LabVIEW环境开发了一套专用的角度采集系统,搭建了高吞吐率动态角度数据采集平台;通过分析角度数据采集过程和处理方法,解决了角度数据处理过程中可能遇到的问题,实现了现场可编程逻辑门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)模块中角度采集的全双工同步串行总线通信(basic interoperable scrambling system,BiSS)协议解码,建立了角度误差模型,并对该动态角度数据采集系统进行了静态试验。结果表明:FPGA静态端与实时(real time,RT)系统静态端测试数据较稳定,角度数据信息保存完整,未出现数据丢失情况。 In order to achieve high precision and high throughput dynamic angle data acquisition,a new angle data processing method is proposed.Based on the angle measurement principle of the circular grating,a special angle acquisition system was developed based on laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench development environment,and a high throughput dynamic angle data acquisition platform was built.The possible problems in the angle data processing are solved by using a series of angle data processing methods through detailed analyses of the angle data acquisition process.The field programmable gate array(FPGA)module for angle acquisition basic interoperable scrambling system(BiSS)protocol decoding and the angle error model are established,and finally the dynamic angle data acquisition system is performed under static experiments.The experimental results show that the data of FPGA static terminal and real time(RT)static terminal are relatively stable under the test,and the angle data information is intact and without loss.
