基于互联网护理路径对严重创伤患者急诊救治效率的影响

Effect of Internet-based nursing pathway on emergency treatment efficiency of severe trauma patients

目的探究基于互联网护理路径对严重创伤患者急诊救治效率的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2020年12月我院收治的80例严重创伤患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组采取常规急救护理,研究组采取基于互联网的护理路径,比较两组患者的急诊CT完成时间、抢救室停留时间和抢救成功率。结果研究组的急诊CT完成时间、抢救室停留时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组的抢救成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论对严重创伤患者采用基于互联网护理路径能提高病情评估能力,缩短急诊CT完成时间和抢救室停留时间,提高抢救成功率,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the impact of Internet-based nursing pathways on the efficiency of emergency treatment for patients with severe trauma.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe trauma admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were divided into control group and study group with 40 cases respectively according to random number table method.The control group took routine emergency care,and the study group took Internet-based nursing path.The completion time of emergency CT,the stay time of emergency room and the success rate of rescue were compared between the two groups.Results The CT completion time and the stay time in the emergency room of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The success rate of rescue in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Internet-based nursing pathway for patients with severe trauma can improve the ability of condition assessment,shorten the completion time of emergency CT and stay time in the emergency room,and improve the success rate of rescue,which is worthy of clinical application.
