基于ADDIE模式的叙事护理培训对门诊导诊护士人文关怀和共情能力的影响

Effect of narrative nursing training based on ADDIE model on humanistic care and empathy ability of outpatient guided nurses

目的 探讨基于ADDIE模式的叙事护理培训对门诊导诊护士人文关怀和共情能力的影响。方法 选取我院56名门诊导诊护士作为研究对象,均接受基于ADDIE模式的叙事护理培训,培训前后采用临床护士人文关怀能力量表和杰弗逊共情量表分别调查门诊导诊护士人文关怀能力和共情能力的得分情况。结果 培训后,门诊导诊护士人文关怀能力量表得分总分及其各维度得分均明显高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);杰弗逊共情量表得分总分及其各维度得分均明显高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 基于ADDIE模式的叙事护理培训有助于提高门诊导诊护士人文关怀能力和共情能力,对缓解紧张的护患关系及改善护患沟通现状提供帮助,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the influence of narrative nursing training based on the ADDIE model on the humanistic care and empathy ability of outpatient guide nurses.Methods Fifty-six outpatient guide nurses in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and all received narrative nursing training based on ADDIE mode.Before and after the training,the humanistic care ability scale and Jefferson empathy scale were used to investigate the humanistic care ability and empathy ability scores.The humanistic care ability of clinical nurses was used before and after the training,and the Jefferson empathy scale was used.Results After the training,the total score of the scores of the outpatient nurses were significantly higher than before training(all P<0.05)and the total score was significantly higher than before training(all P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing training based on ADDIE helps to improve the humanistic care ability and empathy ability of outpatient guide nurses,help relieve the tension relationship and improve the current situation of nurses-patient communication,and has certain promotion and application value.
