摘要
目的 探讨基于病例学习法(CBL)在消化内科住院医生规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法 将60名住院医生规范化培训学员随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30名。观察组采用CBL教学法规培带教,对照组采用以讲座为基础的学习(LBL)教学法规培带教,比较两组学员的理论考试、临床技能考试、总体表现成绩及教学满意度情况。结果 观察组的理论考试、操作技能考试和总体表现成绩均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组学员对教学的满意度比较,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBL教学法能充分调动住院医生规范化培训学员的学习积极性和主观能动性,能显著提高临床技能和理论成绩,具有良好的教学效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of Case Based Learning(CBL)teaching method in the teaching of gastroenterologists.Methods 60 trained physicians were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 doctors in each group.The observation group received CBL teaching regulations training,while the control group received LBL teaching regulations training.After the scheduled training,the two groups of scheduled training physicians conducted theoretical exams,clinical skills exams,and overall performance comparisons,and filled out a teaching satisfaction questionnaire.Results In terms of theoretical exams,operational skills exams,and overall performance scores,the observation group's scores were higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group with training physicians was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching method can fully mobilize the learning enthusiasm and subjective initiative of trained physicians,significantly improve clinical skills and theoretical scores,and have good teaching effects.
