翻转课堂在外国留学生皮肤性病科见习课中的应用

Application of flipped classroom in dermatology and venereology clinical novitiate for foreign students

目的 探讨翻转课堂在临床医学本科外国留学生皮肤性病科见习课中的教学效果。方法 选取我校2017级临床医学本科全英班72名外国留学生,随机分为对照组和实验组各36名。对照组采用传统方法教学,实验组采用翻转课堂教学,观察比较两组的教学效果。结果 与对照组比较,实验组学生对翻转课堂教学法的认可度较高,在主动学习能力、文献查找能力、汇报表达能力及团队合作能力的自我评价方面明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组学生在病史采集、体格检查及皮肤科查体得分方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);在疾病诊断、诊断依据及鉴别诊断、诊疗计划方面得分比较,实验组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 翻转课堂教学法可有效提高外国留学生在皮肤性病学见习课的教学效果。

Objective To explore the teaching effect of Flipped classroom in dermatology and venereology internships for foreign students of clinical medicine.Methods A total of 72 foreign students from the 2017 clinical medicine undergraduate class of our university were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 36 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group used Flipped classroom teaching.The teaching effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group has a higher recognition of the Flipped classroom teaching method,and is significantly better than the control group in self-evaluation of active learning ability,literature search ability,reporting and expression ability,and team cooperation ability(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of medical history collection,physical examination,and dermatological examination between the two groups of students(P>0.05);In terms of disease diagnosis,diagnostic basis,differential diagnosis,and treatment plan,the experimental group scored higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Flipped classroom teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effect of foreign students in dermatology and venereology internships.
