加强体格检查培训在消化内科住培医生教学过程中的重要性研究

Importance of physical examination training in course of standardized resident training in gastroenterology department

目的 探讨体格检查培训在消化内科住培医生教学过程中的重要性。方法 选取2020年7月至2022年6月在广西医科大学第一附属医院消化内科轮转的住培医生60名,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30名。对照组给予传统方法教学,观察组给予腹部体格检查强化培训,比较两组住培医生的理论知识、技能掌握程度及对总体教学的满意度评价。结果 观察组学员的理论知识、技能掌握程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组学员对教学的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统学意义(P<0.05)。结论 强化体格检查培训模式在消化内科住培医生教学中的效果显著,值得进一步应用和推广。

Objective To explore the importance of physical examination training in the teaching of standardized resident training in gastroenterology department.Methods A total of 60 resident physicians participating standardized resident training in the gastroenterology department,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University,from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected.The inclusion criteria were:after graduating from clinical medicine,they had no other work experience and directly participated in the program of standardized resident training.They were randomly divided into traditional teaching group and intensive abdominal physical examination training group,with 30 students in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching methods,and the observation group was given intensive training of abdominal physical examination.The knowledge,skills and overall teaching satisfaction of the two groups of resident physicians were compared.Results Compared with the traditional teaching group,the degree of knowledge and skills in the intensive training group was significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).The overall teaching satisfaction level of the intensive training group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intensive physical examination training mode has remarkable effect in the teaching of standardized resident training in the department of gastroenterology.
