摘要
介绍了杭州西湖引配水工程中絮凝沉淀除磷及微污染地表水降氮的工艺流程及工艺原理,通过多年运行经验积累,重点对进水量、加药量、吸泥机运行、反冲洗等运行参数进行了优化。在原水浊度不同时,进水量、加药流速应相应进行调整,正常反冲洗可以通过单独气洗、气水联合冲洗、单独水洗进行,反冲洗流速应按建议值开展。在冬季低温状态下,总进水小于450 m3/h,水力负荷小于1.4 m3/m2·h,硝态氮的去除率能达到要求;春秋季节,水力负荷应控制在3.1 m3/m2·h以下。保证降氮工程进水分配井防跌水系统恒液位运行,可解决跌水产生的问题。
This paper introduces the process flow and principle of flocculation precipitation and nitrogen reduction of slightly polluted surface water in Hangzhou West Lake water diversion and distribution project.Through years of operation experience,it focuses on the optimization of operation parameters such as water intake,dosage,mud suction machine operation,backwashing and so on.When the turbidity of raw water is different,the amount of water inlet and the velocity of dosing should be adjusted accordingly.Normal backwashing can be carried out through separate gas washing,combined gas and water washing,and separate water washing.The backwashing velocity should be carried out according to the recommended value.At low temperature in winter,the total influent is less than 450 m 3/h and the hydraulic load is less than 1.4 m 3/m 2·h,and the nitrate removal rate can meet the requirements.In spring and autumn,hydraulic load should be controlled below 3.1 m 3/m 2·h.The problem of water fall can be solved by ensuring the constant liquid level operation of the water intake distribution well in the nitrogen reduction project.
