江苏省冬季典型PM_(2.5)污染过程分析及应对效果评估研究

摘要 针对2022年12月底到2023年1月间江苏长时间、大范围的PM_(2.5)污染过程,综合利用空气质量站点、大气超级站、工业污染排放和用电量等数据进行分析,并对应对效果进行评估。结果表明,与上年相似案例相比,本轮污染过程受传输及本地污染共同影响,范围广、累积效应高、程度重;PM_(2.5)中硝酸盐等二次组分占比突出,尤其是二次有机组分占比明显抬升,部分时段烟花燃放也推高了污染水平;各地落实应急管控措施,污染应对效果较好。实现重污染天气的消除,既要大力推进氮氧化物和VOCs协同减排、尤其是加大VOCs减排力度,又要稳妥有效控制烟花燃放等影响。 In this paper,the PM_(2.5) pollution episode in Jiangsu from the end of December 2022 to January 2023 was analyzed comprehensively based on a combination of data from various sources,including conventional air pollutants,PM_(2.5) chemical compositions,industrial pollutant emission and power consumption.The effectiveness of emergency emission reduction measures was also evaluated.The results show that,compared with a similar episode last year,this long-term and large-scale pollution episode exhibited a higher cumulative effect and a higher contribution from secondary organic components,resulting from both regional transport and local pollution emissions.The impact of fireworks also contributed to the elevated PM_(2.5) concentration.In addition,the emergency emission reduction measures were implemented effectively.The research results implied the important contribution of secondary organic components and the impacts of fireworks in the pollution episode.In other words,not only diligently reducing emission of nitrogen oxides and VOCs,especially VOCs,is important,but also properly and effectively controlling the impact of fireworks.
