我国物流市场准入法律制度研究

Research on the Legal System of China's Logistics Market Access

2022年5月,国务院办公厅印发《“十四五”现代物流发展规划》,对现代物流行业提出了更新更高的要求。当前,我国物流行业和发达国家相比仍存在一些差距,其中包括物流市场的准入制度和物流行业的其他环节,其中,我国在准入制度方面存在的问题主要表现为法律体系不健全、整体效力层级较低、监管不力、缺乏对从业人员的考核评定以及人才储备不足等。通过整理分析,提出针对性的解决思路和解决方法,以期能让我国物流行业更加蓬勃发展。

In May 2022,the General Office of the State Council issued the"14th Five-Year Plan"for the Development of Modern Logistics,putting forward newer and higher requirements for the modern logistics industry.At present,there are still some gaps between China's logistics industry and the logistics industry in developed countries,including the logistics market access system and other parts of the logistics industry.The problems in China's access system are mainly concentrated in the unsound legal system,the low level of overall effectiveness,weak supervision,lack of assessment and evaluation of practitioners and insufficient talent reserves.Through collation and analysis,this paper puts forward targeted solutions in order to make China's logistics industry more prosperous.
