摘要
文章通过研究复合型电商平台中由1个平台自营、1个制造商、1个第三方卖家组成的供应链,并从账期成本视角研究了平台应该如何选择信息共享策略,从而获得最优利润。通过构建Stackelberg博弈模型探讨了平台自营存在账期成本时关于信息共享的最优决策。研究发现:平台自营进入,平台大多数情形下选择同时信息共享或与制造商信息共享;账期成本与佣金率、随机需求呈负相关,即佣金率越高、随机需求越大,制造商所能承担的账期成本越小;随着账期成本增大,最先退出市场的不是账期成本的直接承担者制造商而是供应链下游的第三方卖家,这说明供应链下游商家在供应链竞争中出现劣势,更应对其加强重视。
This paper studies the supply chain composed of one platform,one manufacturer and one third-party seller in the composite e-commerce platform from the perspective of account period cost to study how the platform chooses the information sharing strategy so as to obtain the optimal profit.Stackelberg game model is constructed to discuss the optimal decision of information sharing under the account period cost.The research findings are as follows:The platform enters by itself,and in most cases the platform chooses to share information simultaneously or with the manufacturer;the billing cost is negatively correlated with commission rate and random demand,that is,the higher the commission rate and the greater the random demand,the smaller the billing cost the manufacturer can bear;with the increase of the invoice cost,the first one to exit the market is not the manufacturer,which is the direct bearer of the invoice cost,but the third party seller downstream of the supply chain.This indicates that the downstream merchants of the supply chain have disadvantages in the supply chain competition,and more attention should be paid to them.
