基于智慧物流背景的跨境电商人才培养模式分析

Analysis on the Talent Training Mode of Cross-Border E-Commerce Based on the Background of Intelligent Logistics

随着“互联网+”时代的到来和“一带一路”倡议的提出,中国对外贸易的规模不断扩大,跨境电商成为对外贸易发展的新趋势。“十四五”规划是我国跨境电商快速发展的重要战略机遇,同时也对跨境电商人才提出了更高的要求。面对当前跨境电商发展的新形势,高校在培养跨境电商人才时,应深入调研和分析市场需求,以培养有竞争力的高素质复合型人才为目标,开展与智慧物流相关的理论研究和实践教学。因此,文章就智慧物流背景的跨境电商人才培养模式展开研究。

With the advent of the Internet Plus era and the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative,the scale of China's foreign trade is constantly expanding,and cross-border e-commerce has become a new trend in the development of foreign trade.The 14th Five-Year Plan period is an important strategic opportunity period for the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in China.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for cross-border e-commerce talents.Faced with the current new situation of cross-border e-commerce development,universities should conduct in-depth research and analysis of market demand when cultivating cross-border e-commerce talents,and carry out theoretical research and practical teaching related to smart logistics with the goal of cultivating competitive and high-quality compound talents.Therefore,this paper studies the cross-border e-commerce talent training mode with the background of intelligent logistics.
