三全育人视域下民航院校交通运输工程人才培育路径探究——基于A大学的思考

Exploring the Cultivation Path of Transportation Engineering Talents in Civil Aviation Universities from the Perspective of Three Complete Education——Taking A College as an Example

为培养具备复合知识、多元能力、民航素养、国际视野的交通运输工程复合型人才,文章围绕“一流交通”的学科建设目标,积极推进中国特色世界一流民航交通专业的发展定位,提出思政教育全程化、课程培养精准化、科教融合一体化、实践训练国际化、培养目标精英化的人才培养途径,通过实施思政教育改革、建设学研相济体系、构建实验实训平台和多维度协同育人模式等,构建一流的交通人才培养体系。在此基础上,推动民航院校一流交通运输工程人才培育形成新的体制机制与路径,为完善思政教育体系、深化“三全育人”工作格局的实施提供了借鉴。

In order to cultivate compound talents in transportation engineering with composite knowledge,diverse abilities,civil aviation literacy,and international perspectives,the paper focuses on the goal of building a"first-class transportation"discipline,actively promotes the development positioning of a world-class civil aviation transportation major with Chinese characteristics,and proposes a talent cultivation approach that integrates ideological and political education,precise course training,integrated science and education,internationalized practical training,and elite training objectives.The paper also proposes to build a first-class transportation talent training system through the implementation of ideological and political education reform,the construction of a system that combines learning and research,the construction of experimental and practical training platforms,and the multi-dimensional collaborative education model.On this basis,we will promote the cultivation of first-class transportation engineering talents in civil aviation universities to form a new institutional mechanism and path,providing reference for improving the ideological and political education system and deepening the implementation of the"three complete education"work pattern.
