高校学生社团“四带四同步”党团结对共建工作模式研究与实践——以滁州学院为例

Research and Practice on the"Four Belts and Four Synchronization"Work Mode of Pairing and Co-construction Between the Party and the League in College Student Associations:Taking Chuzhou University as an Example

党支部、团支部作为高校党建和团建工作的基础组织和基本单元,是大学生思想政治教育的坚强堡垒。学生社团作为“第二课堂”实践的重要平台,是开展高校思想政治教育工作的重要阵地。在高校共青团改革的背景下,坚持党建带团建,推进“团建进社团”,是创新党建带团建工作新模式,发挥组织育人功能,提升高校思想政治教育质量的一项重要举措。滁州学院积极探索实施教师党支部与学生社团团支部“四带四同步”结对共建模式,发挥党组织的育人优势,通过带组织建设﹑带思想引领﹑带活动开展、带队伍建设,实现党团组织同步规划、思想同步提高﹑品牌同步培育、作用同步彰显,有效提升学生社团组织力、凝聚力和向心力,充分发挥学生社团育人功能。

As the basic organization and basic unit of Party construction and League construction in colleges and universities,Party and League branches are the strong fortress of ideological and political education for college students.As an important platform for the practice of"The Second Classroom",student associations are an important position for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Under the background of the reform of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,adhering to the party building with the league building and promoting the"league building into the community"is an important measure to innovate the new model of Party building with the league building,play the function of organizing and educating people,and improve the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Chuzhou University actively explores the implementation of the"Four Belts and Four Synchronization"mode of pairing and co-construction between teachers′Party branches and student associations′League branches,and gives full play to the educational advantages of the Party organization.Through organizational construction,ideological guidance,activity development,and team construction,the Party and league organizations can realize synchronous planning,ideological improvement,brand cultivation,and function demonstration,effectively improve the organizational force,cohesion and centripetal force of student associations,and give full play to the educational function of student associations.
