公共性:美丽乡村设计的方法论建构

摘要 党的二十大报告把全面推进乡村振兴作为农业农村优先发展的重大战略,着力建设宜居宜业和美乡村。美丽乡村如何呈现美的存在,设计方法论作为具体的实践指导成为重要的时代课题。美丽乡村建设的实践困境源自于乡村本体论和认识论的模糊,结合中国农村现代化的发展现状,从现代性的发展、主体性美学向主体间性美学的转向等进行了研究,认为“公共性”作为美丽乡村设计的方法论概念,旨在培育泛乡村共同体的意图,用公共性重建弥补公共性的缺失,并在设计实践中运用在地性、共在性、叙事性、生态性和文化性的设计原则和方法,能够实现美丽乡村设计的实践路径。 The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC regards comprehensively promoting rural revitalization as a major strategy for the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and focuses on building livable,business-friendly and beautiful villages.How to present the existence of beauty in beautiful countryside and how to use design methodology as a concrete practical guidance has become an important issue of the times.The practical dilemma of the construction of beautiful countryside originates from the vagueness of rural ontology and epistemology.In combination with the development status of China′s rural modernization,the research has been carried out from the development of modernity,subjectivity aesthetics to inter-subjectivity aesthetics.It proposes that"publicity",as a methodological concept of beautiful rural design,aims to cultivate the intention of pan rural community and make up for the lack of publicity with the reconstruction of publicity.In the design practice,it can realize the practice path of beautiful rural design by using the design principles and methods of locality,coexistence,narrative,eco-logy and culture.
