种植固定修复邻接触丧失的研究进展

The progress in implant restoration of Interproximal Contact Loss

随着种植技术的发展,大多接受治疗的患者的牙列缺损问题被逐渐解决,但同时其并发症也得到广泛关注。邻接丧失(interproximal contact loss,ICL)是指种植固定义齿与相邻天然牙或其他修复体之间因邻面骨改建的差异,而导致相对位置的改变,最终邻面接触强度减弱或者丧失的现象。近年来,有大量学者对ICL进行了相关研究。本文就临床中ICL形成的原因、解决方式、研究进展等方面进行了回顾和总结并提出展望,以期能对临床ICL的预防提供指导性意见。

With the wide application of dental implantion in clinic,the problem of dentition defect in most treated patients has been gradually solved.Interproximal Contact Loss(ICL)refers to the phenomenon that the relative position between the implant fixed denture and the adjacent natural teeth or other restoration changes due to the difference of bone remodeling,resulting in the weakening or loss of the contact strength of the adjacent surfaces.In recent years,a large number of scholars have done related research on ICL.This paper reviews and summarizes the causes,solutions and research progress of ICL in clinic,and puts forward some prospects,in order to provide guidance for the prevention of clinical ICL.
