树脂基陶瓷光学性能影响因素的研究进展

摘要 树脂基陶瓷是一种由大量无机填料及少量树脂基质组成的新型可切削材料,其结合了树脂的韧性及陶瓷的硬度,有着独特的机械性能,近些年来在口腔固定修复中的应用越来越广泛。树脂基陶瓷可分为树脂纳米陶瓷和树脂渗透陶瓷。不同类型的树脂基陶瓷由于材料组成及结构的区别,颜色和透光率有着较大的差异。在实际应用中树脂基陶瓷的光学性能还会受到多种因素例如:修复体厚度、表面处理方式、粘接剂颜色、基牙颜色、抛光及上釉等因素的影响。随着人们对口腔修复美学需求的日益增长,修复体的光学性能越来越受到重视,深入了解树脂基陶瓷的光学性能对于临床工作有着重要的意义。本文将根据现有文献分析树脂基陶瓷光学性能的影响因素,为临床工作提供一定的指导。 Resin-matrix ceramics is a new type of composite material that is composed of a large number of inorganic fillers and a small amount of resin matrix.Resin-matrix ceramic material has unique mechanical properties,as it combines the toughness of resin with the hardness of ceramic.In recent years,it has become more and more popular in the field of fixed prosthesis.Resin-matrix ceramic material can be divided into resin nanoceramic and polymer infiltrated ceramic network.Different types of resin-matrix ceramics have great differences in color and translucency due to the difference in material composition and structure.In practical applications,the optical performance of resin-matrix ceramics can also be affected by a variety of factors,such as the thickness of the prosthetics,the surface treatment,the color of the adhesive,dental background,polishing,and glazing.With the increasing demand for aesthetics,more and more attention has been paid to the optical properties of restorations.A thorough understanding of the optical properties of resin-matrix ceramics is of great significance for clinical work.This article aims to review factors affecting the optical properties of resin-matrix ceramics to provide some guidance for clinical work.
