“知情意行”教师专业素养结构及提升策略 被引量:3

On“Four-In-One”Construct of Teacher Professional Literacy and the Development Strategy

摘要 对于教师专业素养的探讨已成为教育领域重要的研究议题。结合教师专业标准和学科课程标准,提出了“知情意行”教师专业素养的结构模型,即专业知识、专业态度、专业理念以及专业实践四个维度,每个维度下各自都有紧密结合学科的具体内容。进而提出“四维联动”的提升策略:“知”为基石,夯实专业知识;“情”为精神,端正专业态度;“意”为内核,升华专业理念;“行”为归宿,落实专业实践。 Discussion on teachers professional literacy has now been regarded as an important issue in the field of educational research.From the perspective of both“Teacher Professional Standard”and“Mathematics Curriculum Standard”,this paper points out the“four-in-one”construct of teacher professional literacy that comprises of four dimensions,namely professional intention,professional knowledge,professional practice and professional attitude and the strategy for development should include the follows:“knowledge”is the basis and needs to lay solid basis of professional knowledge;“affection”as the spirit and needs to correct the professional attitude;“intention”is the core and needs to improve the professional intention;“action”as the aim and needs to implement the professional practice.
