摘要
淮安市属于平原河网,经常出现河流静滞的水动力不足现象,加重城市内河的黑臭现象。为彻底消除黑臭,确保水域呈现“河畅、水清、岸绿、景美”的生态美景,根据研究区域污染源成因分析及整治条件,拟定了水质改善和水动力改善综合方案。利用自然高差及泵站提升的方式对新路圩河及周边3条河道进行泵闸联合调度,减少水体停留时间。同时设置人工湿地,通过生物修复治理黑臭水体。经改造后新路圩河水质由《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)劣Ⅴ类水体提升至Ⅳ类水体,水体流速提升至0.05 m/s以上,常规污染物去除率最高达90%,溶解氧和透明度提高30%。分析结果可为新路圩河流域治理及其他同类工程提供依据和参考。
Huai’an City belongs to plain river network,and there are often insufficient hydrodynamic forces due to river stagnation,which aggravates the black and smelly phenomenon of urban rivers.In order to clean foul water and ensure ecological scenery,this paper built a comprehensive solution for water quality and hydrodynamic force improvements according to the causes and control methods of area pollution.Based on the natural height difference and the lifting of the pump station,the Xinlu xu River and the three surrounding rivers are scheduled by pump and sluice joint dispatching,so as to reduce the retention time of the water body.Meanwhile,artificial wetlands are been set up to control black and odorous water bodies through bioremediation.After the recon⁃struction,the water quality of Xinlu xu River has been improved from gradeⅤto gradeⅣin Environment Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002),the water flow rate has been increased to more than 0.05 m/s,the removal rate of conventional pollutants has been up to 90%,and the dissolved oxygen and transparency have been increased by 30%.The analysis results can provide a reference for the pollution control of Xinlu xu River and other similar projects.
