高职教师信息素养评价标准及提升策略探究

摘要 高职院校的教师担负着培养高质量、高水平、高素养实用型人才的责任与使命,教师信息素养水平对于高等职业教育培养质量显得尤为重要。通过研究和对比国内外信息素养的观点以及信息素养评价标准,明确教师信息素养评价标准内容,在此理论基础上提出提升高职教师信息素养的具体策略,期望能够为广大高职教师信息素养的提升添砖加瓦。 Teachers in higher vocational colleges assume the responsibility and mission of cultivating high-quality,high-level,high-quality and practical talents.The level of teachers’information literacy is particularly important for the quality of higher vocational education.By studying and comparing the views of information literacy at home and abroad as well as the evaluation standards of information literacy,this paper clarifies the contents of the evaluation standards of teachers’information literacy,and puts forward specific strategies to improve the information literacy of higher vocational teachers based on this theory,hoping to contribute to the improvement of the information literacy of the majority of higher vocational teachers.
