摘要
结合实施工程案例,从设计角度对隧道轴流风机起动越级跳闸原因进行探究。包含针对各种故障原因的分析计算过程,在排除接地和短路故障、0.4 kV母线失压故障、0.4 kV断路器尖峰电流校验后,确认故障点为10 kV断路器无法躲过起动尖峰电流及电流互感器变比错误。对同类10 kV侧越级跳闸事故排查有一定借鉴作用。
Based on the implemented engineering cases,the reasons for the skip tripping of the tunnel axial flow fan during startup are explored from a design perspective,including the analysis and calculation process for various fault causes.After eliminating grounding and short circuit faults,0.4 kV busbar voltage loss faults,and 0.4 kV circuit breaker peak current verification,it is confirmed that the fault point is that the 10 kV circuit breaker cannot avoid the start peak current and the current transformer ratio error.It has a certain reference value for the investigation of 10 kV side skip tripping accidents in the future.
