南水北调泵站管理创新与实践

The application and innovation in the management of the South-to-North Water Diversion pump station

针对泵站运行管理中存在的问题,开展理论研究与技术探讨,重点选取主电机转子绝缘自动干燥、启闭机钢丝绳自控防护装置、泵站真空破坏阀断流装置可靠性改造等3项措施进行介绍。经实际应用效果良好,对大型泵站运行与维护工作具有一定的参考价值。

In view of the problems existing in the operation and management of pump station,theoretical research and technical discussion have been carried out.This paper introduces three measures,including“automatic drying of main motor rotor insulation”,“automatic protective device of hoist wire rope”,and“reliability improvement of pump station vacuum breaking valve cutoff device”.Through practical application,the effect is good.which have certain reference value for the operation and maintenance of large pump stations.
