摘要 陆上风机机舱安装施工涉及超百米以上超高、超重、90 m以上超长大件吊装,施工风险大。结合内蒙古某6 MW陆上风电机组施工作业情况,介绍一种陆上风机机舱吊装施工技术,包括机舱的吊前准备、安装吊具、起吊与就位以及安装收尾等施工工艺,可缩短吊装时间,提高施工效率和安全性。研究成果适应内蒙古锡林浩特市水文、地质及气象环境,有效降低施工风险,可为后续陆上风机机舱吊装施工及类似工程提供参考。 The installation construction of the engine room of onshore wind turbines is of high risks,as it involves the hoisting of super-high,over-weight and ultra-long components with over 100 meters in hoisting height and 90 meters in length.Based on the actual construction practice of a 6 MW onshore wind turbine unit in Nei Mongol area,the hoisting construction technology of the engine room of onshore wind turbines is summarized,including the preparation work before hoisting,lifting tool installation,hoisting and positioning,and installation completion,which can shorten the hoisting time and improve the construction efficiency and safety.The technology is particularly suitable for the hydrological,geological and meteorological environment of Xilinhot City to reduce the construction risks.It provides useful reference for the subsequent hoisting construction of the engine room of onshore wind turbines in similar projects.
