摘要
为提高掘锚机掘进适应性,进而提升煤矿掘进效率,以彬长矿区4对矿井掘进巷道为工程背景,通过现场情况调研及分析巷道快速掘进影响因素,确定围岩地质条件是影响4对矿井掘锚机快速掘进效率的主要因素。在此基础上,建立掘锚机快速掘进评价因素指标体系,采用层次分析法构建判定矩阵并计算各影响因素所占权重,确定煤层顶底板稳定性、断层、褶曲、陷落柱和冲击地压是影响掘锚机快速掘进适应性的主控因素。最后,对各评价指标进行分级量化,建立掘锚机快速掘进适应性评价模型,并将该模型应用于4对矿井。实践结果表明,大佛寺和文家坡煤矿评分较高,较孟村和胡家河煤矿更有利于掘锚一体机快速掘进,研究对于彬长矿区4对矿井掘锚机进行适应性改进有着重要的指导意义。
In order to improve the tunneling adaptability of bolt-digger,and boost the tunneling efficiency of coal mines.Based on the engineering background of 4 pairs of mine excavation tunnels in Binchang mining area,and through on-site investigation and analysis of influential factors on the fast tunneling of tunnels,it is determined that the surrounding rock’s geological conditions are the main factors affecting the rapid tunneling efficiency of bolt-diggers.An index system of evaluation factors for the fast excavation of bolt-diggers is established,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct a judgment matrix and calculate the weight of each influential factor.The main controlling factors of fast tunneling adaptability of bolt-digger are the stability of roof and floor,fault,fold,collapse column and impact geopressure.Finally,each evaluation index is graded and quantified,and an evaluation model of the fast tunneling adaptability of the bolt-diggers is established,which is applied to 4 pairs of mines.The results show that the Dafosi and Wenjiapo coal mines have higher scores,which are more conducive to the fast excavation of the bolt-digger than the Mengcun and Hujiahe coal mines.The research has important guiding significance for the adaptability improvement of the bolt-digger integrated machine in 4 pairs of mine in Binchang mining area.
