摘要
再生塔是活性焦烟气净化系统的核心设备,吸附SO_(2)后的活性焦极易形成板结并腐蚀设备。研究活性焦在再生塔中的流动特性,通过在再生塔中增加底部安装隔板的三角导流板等措施,使生产过程中活性焦出料的均匀性、落料的一致性得到保证。
The regeneration tower is the core equipment of the activated coke flue gas purification system,and the active coke after adsorbing SO_(2) is easy to form harden and corrode the equipment.The flow characteristics of the activated coke in the regeneration tower were studied,and the uniformity of the activated coke discharge and the consistency of the blanking in the production process were guaranteed by adding a triangular deflector with a separator installed at the bottom in the regeneration tower.
