制药行业HPLC实验室通风控制策略优化设计

摘要 高效液相色谱(HPLC)具有高灵敏度和高分离率特性。制药行业HPLC实验室的温湿度环境要求较高,大量使用万向排气罩且采用独立新风+VRF空调形式,实验室能耗高。以浙江省台州市某制药公司研发中心的HPLC实验室为例,对常规定风量控制和变风量控制策略进行对比分析,变风量控制策略有效提高了系统利用率并降低了系统运行能耗。 High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)has characteristics of high sensitivity and high separation rate.The HPLC laboratory in the pharmaceutical industry has high requirements on temperature and humidity environment,and a large number of universal exhaust hoods are used and independent fresh air+VRF air conditioning is adopted,so the energy consumption of the laboratory is high.Taking the HPLC laboratory of a pharmaceutical company R&D center in Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,the common air volume control and variable air volume control strategies were compared and analyzed,and the variable air volume control strategies effectively improved the system utilization rate and reduced the energy consumption of system operation.
