摘要
沥青延度是判定沥青是否合格的重要指标,但在冬季测定时会出现测定结果不稳定的情况。针对此现象,文章从沥青延度测定的加热温度及时间、搅拌程度、室温中冷却时的分析间温度及湿度等几方面的影响因素展开探讨。得出沥青加热温度及时间、搅拌程度、室温中冷却时的分析间温度是影响延度测定结果的主要原因;室温中冷却时分析间湿度是影响延度测定结果的次要原因。研究结果表明,实际分析中,需要严格按规程操作,仔细观察分析间的客观条件是否达到规程要求,规避影响因素,确保沥青延度测定的准确性。
Asphalt ductility is an important indicator for determining whether asphalt is qualified,but the measurement results may be unstable during winter testing.In response to this phenomenon,the article explores the influencing factors of heating temperature and time,stirring degree,analysis room temperature and humidity during cooling at room temperature in asphalt ductility measurement.The main factors affecting the ductility measurement results are the heating temperature and time of asphalt,the degree of mixing,and the temperature of the analysis room during cooling at room temperature.The humidity in the analysis room during cooling at room temperature is a secondary factor affecting the results of ductility measurements.The research results indicate that in actual analysis,it is necessary to strictly follow the procedures,carefully observe whether the objective conditions between the analyses meet the requirements of the regulations,avoid influencing factors,and ensure the accuracy of asphalt ductility measurement.
