摘要
分子筛纯化器切换流程在空分生产中广泛应用,在纯化器定时切换时,压力、温度、流量产生波动,造成空分精馏工况的偏移。本文以E#空分为例,对纯化器切换时对空分系统的影响进行分析,提出空分操作的关注要点,并对减少纯化器切换带来的影响提出可行的措施。
The switching process of molecular sieve purifiers is widely used in air separation production.When the purifier switches at a fixed time,pressure,temperature,and flow rate fluctuate,resulting in deviation of air separation distillation conditions.This article takes E#air separation as an example to analyze the impact of purifier switching on the air separation system,propose key points of attention for air separation operation,and propose feasible measures to reduce the impact of purifier switching.
