摘要
随着创新创业教育的不断推进,高职机电专业学生创新能力和实践技能有了快速提升。文章分析了高职机电专业“专创融合”现状,发现在人才培养体系、评价机制、实践平台和配套资源等方面存在的问题,提出建设“专创融合”式创新专业实践平台、多维度创新人才培养模式、专业教育体系等“专创融合”策略。
With the continuous advancement of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the innovative ability and practice skills of the electromechanical specialty students in higher vocational colleges improve rapidly.This paper analyzes the current situation of“integration of specialty and innovation”of electromechanical specialty in higher vocational colleges,finds out the problems in talent training system,evaluation mechanism,practice platform and supporting resources,and puts forward the strategies of“integration of specialty and innovation”,including constructing the innovative specialty practice platform of“integration of specialty and innovation”,the multi-dimensional innovative talents training mode and professional education system.
