GRAPPA updated the recommendations for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis

银屑病关节炎(PsA)是一种与银屑病相关的异质性炎性关节病,临床表现多样,且常并发多种合并症,临床诊治存在很大挑战。近年来PsA的治疗有了突飞猛进的发展,但尚存许多未解决的问题。对此,银屑病和银屑病关节炎研究与评估小组(GRAPPA)制定并更新了循证指南,并于2022年6月发表于Nature Reviews Rheumatology杂志。该指南针对PsA六个维度表现的治疗方法、生物制剂类似物的使用、药物减量等方面给出了最新建议。本文总结了该指南的核心内容,对比该指南与2015年版指南的关键变化,以期对临床工作及研究提供参考。

Psoriatic arthritis(PsA)is a heterogeneous inflammatory joint disease associated with psoriasis.PsA may present as variable clinical manifestations with significant comorbidities.Rapid progress has been achieved in the treatment of PsA in recent years,however,there are still many unsolved problems.Therefore,the Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis(GRAPPA)updated the guideline in June 2022 based on recent evidence,especially on the treatment of six domains of PsA,the use of biosimilars,tapering of medications,and so on.In this article,we have not only summarized the key issues of the guideline,but also compared it with the 2015 guideline,which may be helpful for clinical practice and research.
