书证融通人才培养模式改革的价值意蕴、理论构建与实践探索——基于高职数控技术专业的研究 被引量:1

摘要 书证融通作为1+X证书制度的关键抓手,在促进产教融合、保障学生个性化发展和赋能“三教”改革等方面发挥重要作用。本文以人才培养“对接标准、校企协同、强化融通、突出成效”为设计理念,以产教融合为实施逻辑,以“1+X标准融合、教师互评互聘、教材衔接合作、教学方法互鉴互用、实训场地共建共享、考试结果互评互认”为实现方略,构建了书证融通人才培养模式。对于人才需求调研、职业技能等级证书遴选、课证融通课程体系搭建、“三教”改革推进、学习成果互换等环节,在湖南网络工程职业学院数控技术专业开展实践探索,为制造类专业人才培养模式改革提供样本和经验。 As a key starting point of the 1+X certificate system,document and certificate accommodation plays an important role in promoting the integration of production and education,ensuring the personalized development of students and enabling the reform of“three education”.Based on the design concept of“docking standards,school-enterprise coordination,strengthening integration and highlighting results”,the implementation logic of the integration of production and education,and the realization strategy of“integration of 1+X standards,mutual evaluation and recruitment of teachers,joint cooperation of teaching materials,mutual learning and mutual use of teaching methods,joint construction and sharing of practical training sites,and mutual evaluation and recognition of test results”,this paper constructs a documentary and certificate integration personnel training model.Practical exploration is carried out through the links of personnel demand research,vocational skill level certificate selection,course and certificate integration course system construction,“three education”reform promotion,learning results exchange,etc.,to provide samples and experience for the reform of manufacturing professional talent training mode.
