钒催化剂载体的预处理工艺研究

摘要 对低品位的硅藻土采用“煅烧—水洗—酸处理”工艺进行预处理,考察了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、水洗次数、水洗温度、酸质量分数及热煮时间等对载体性能的影响。结果表明,经600℃煅烧2 h,60℃水洗2次,质量分数40%~45%的硫酸热煮12 h后,得到的硅藻土w(SiO_(2))>90%,w(Al_(2)O_(3))<3%,w(Fe_(2)O_(3))<1%,堆密度小于0.38 g/mL,烧失量小于5%,孔容大于1.50 cm3/g,比表面积大于60.0 m2/g,是一种性能较好的钒催化剂载体。 Low grade diatomite is pretreated using the“calcination-water washing-acid treatment”process.The effects of calcination temperature,calcination time,water washing frequency,water washing temperature,acid mass fraction,and heating time on the carrier performance are investigated.The results show that after calcination at 600℃for 2 hours,water washing at 60℃twice,and sulphuric acid heating with a mass fraction of 40%-45%for 12 hours,the diatomite with w(SiO_(2))>90%,w(Al_(2)O_(3))<3%,and w(Fe_(2)O_(3))<1%is obtained.The bulk density is less than 0.38 g/mL,the weight loss on ignition is less than 5%,the pore volume is greater than 1.50 cm3/g,and the specific surface area is greater than 60.0 m2/g.It is a vanadium catalyst carrier with good performance.
