摘要
在“双碳”目标及高密度城市的发展背景下,基于与自然和谐共生的设计理念,提出一大设计原则,即气候指导设计;以及两大设计策略,即建设空中住区、打造能源社区。基于SI体系管线分离原则,结合社区、住栋、户内三层级能源体系的构建,打造可持续的未来社区;并通过元宇宙开发平台,在元宇宙中打造桃花源式的能源之城,为居民带来未来智能化的生活体验。
In the context of“dual carbon”target and the development of high-density cities,based on the design concept of harmonious coexistence with nature,this paper puts forward one design principle,namely,climate-guided design,and two design strategies,namely,building an aerial settlement and building an energy community.Based on the principle of pipeline separation of SI system,combined with the construction of three-level energy system of community,residential and indoor,a sustainable future community will be built.And through the development platform of the metaverse,a peach blossom style energy city in the metaverse will be built to bring intelligent life experience for residents in the future.
