摘要
随着时代的发展,人们的个性化特征日益显著,对住宅的需求也更加多元;而装配式技术的发展使住宅的更替更加便捷。文章基于现代装配技术、开放建筑理论以及建筑电讯派的“插件城市”理论,通过对基地背景的调研,提出插件社区概念。从体块生成、功能分层、交通与景观系统三部分,详述项目的设计方案;并设计通过对插件运输系统与模块运输系统的结合应用,实现插件社区的构建。希望以此探索一套能够满足现代人未来居住生活需求的设计范式,在未来具有一定的普适性意义。
With the development of time,the personalized feature of people gets increasingly remarkable,and the their demand to residence gets more diversified;the development of assembly technology makes the substitution of residence more convenient.Based on modern assembly technology,open building theory and the“plug-in city”theory of architectural telecommunication school,through investigation to the background of base,this paper puts forward the concept of plug-in community.The design scheme of project is explained from block generation,functional layering,traffic and landscape system;through combined application of plug-in transport system and module transport system,it designs the realization of constructing a plug-in community.It is hoped to explore a set of design paradigm that can meet the future residence and life demand of modern people.It will have certain universal sense in future.
