摘要
上海乡村受城市经济文化影响较大,农居点具有外来人口多、居住密度大、就地翻建房屋多等特点,导致农居点公共空间出现杂乱无序、活力丧失、主体缺失等问题。农居点公共空间作为村民发生公共活动的主要场所,空间设计需体现以人为本的原则。针对上海农居点公共空间存在的问题,文章以人本为导向,从环境、功能、机制3个层面提出空间重构策略,以满足村民不同层次的需求。环境层面,通过厘清权属边界、优化布局体系、营造安全尺度,打造舒适有序的空间环境,满足村民的生理需求、安全需求;功能层面,通过融入多元需求、再生传统文化、创建精神文明,形成丰富包容的空间功能,满足村民的社会需求;机制层面,通过赋权决策监督、明责共建共治、实现互利激励,构建主体参与的空间机制,满足村民的尊重需求、自我实现需求。
Rural area of Shanghai is greatly affected by urban economy and culture,and the rural settlement there is characterized by multitudinous external population,great residential density and more renovation of house on the spot,etc.,as a result,the problems of chaotic disorder,lost vitality and subject absence in the public space of rural settlement.The public space of rural settlement is the main place for public activities of villagers,and its space design should embody the principle of people foremost.Aimed at the problems that exist in the public space of rural settlement in Shanghai,this paper is humanistic oriented,it puts forward the space reconstruction strategy from environment,function and mechanism,so as to meet the demand of villagers at different levels.In terms of environment,by clarifying the boundary of ownership,optimizing layout system and creating a safety scale,it forges comfortable and ordered space environment,so as to meet the physiological demand and safety demand of villagers;in terms of function,by being merged into multiple needs,regenerating traditional culture and creating spiritual civilization,it forms rich and inclusive space function,so as to meet the social demand of villagers;in terms of mechanism,by empowering decision-making and supervision,clarifying responsibility for building and governing together as well as realizing mutually beneficial incentive,it constructs the space mechanism of subject participation,so as to meet the demand of villagers for being respected and self-realization.
