“两个结合”是推进党的理论创新的根本途径。铸牢中华民族共同体意识,必须在不断推进马克思主义民族理论中国化时代化与中华优秀传统文化现代化的双重历史向度中加以理解。五千多年的中华文明塑造了中国特色解决民族问题正确道路的根性和底色:“大一统”的价值观念奠定了统一安定之道;“天下为公”的价值理想确立了责任伦理之道;“尚和合”的价值追求提供了中和守正之道。这些思想观念所蕴含的共同体智慧,蕴藏着化解从多元走向一体现实困境的丰富经验,启发我们在中华民族共同体形成与发展中寻求公与私、内与外、秩序与自由的平衡,是新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识有待深入发掘的宝贵资源。

“Two Combinations”is the fundamental way to promote the theoretical innovation of the Party.To build the strong sense of community for Chinese nation,we must understand it in the dual historical projects of constantly promoting the sinicization of Marxist ethnic theory and the modernization of Chinese excellent traditional culture.The Chinese civilization that dates back more than 5000 years has shaped the root and background of Chinese characteristics and the correct way to solve ethnic issues.First,the values of unification established the way of unity and stability.Second,the ideal of serving the public has established the way of responsibility ethics.Third,the value pursuit of harmony has established a way not to go to extremes.The community wisdom in these ideas contains rich experience in resolving the realistic dilemma from pluralism to integration.This will teach us how we can find a balance between public and private,internal and external,and stand freedom and order in the formation and development of the community for Chinese nation.These are precious resources to be deeply explored in order to build the strong sense of community for Chinese nation in a new era.
