摘要 大口径流量仪表在实际应用时,因不能断流及拆卸复杂,周期溯源与检测一直是流体计量的难题。结合现有的在线检测技术,提出一种同管径、小量程比或定点量传溯源的检测方法。采用便携式超声流量计和插入式电磁流量计相结合的方法,在实验室同管径、相同流量范围条件下同步溯源,再将实验室溯源后的标准流量计在相同安装方式下装夹到现场管道上,对现场大口径流量仪表进行检测实验。根据现场安装条件,可以在现场管道上同时安装2种标准流量计进行检测,2种流量计可以相互核查,提高现场校准的可靠性,也可以单独对现场流量计进行定点量传溯源检测。通过实验验证,为大口径流量仪表的在线检测可靠性和测量精度的提高,提供了一种新的方法。 After the large-diameter runoff meter was put into use,due to the undisconnection and the complexity of disassembly,cycle traceability and detection have always been a problem in fluid measurement.Combining with the existing on-line detection technology,a detection method with the same diameter,small range ratio or fixed point measurement traceability was proposed.The method of combining portable ultrasonic flowmeter and plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is adopted.Firstly,the source tracing is synchronized in the laboratory under the same pipe diameter and flow range,and then the standard flowmeter traced in the laboratory is clamped to the field pipeline in the same installation mode,and the field large runoff meter is tested.According to the site installation conditions,two kinds of standard flowmeters can be installed on the field pipeline at the same time to detect the flowmeter,the two flowmeters can check each other,improve the reliability of field calibration.It can also be used alone to detect the spot flow meter.Through the experimental verification,a new method is provided for the reliability and accuracy of the online measurement of the large runoff meter.
