摘要
液压系统作为工程机械设备的重要组成部分之一,其性能直接关系到设备能否正常运行、安全稳定性以及使用寿命等,必须要引起相关人员的高度重视。针对液压传动系统常见故障类型进行分析,主要包括以下几种情况:一是液压泵站内部出现异常振动现象;二是液压油管出现破裂或者是堵塞;三是油液泄漏导致设备发生异常情况。为有效地解决上述问题,结合实际工作需求和故障产生的具体原因,制定相应措施并加以实施,从而保证故障处理方案具有较高的可行性与合理性。同时,还要根据不同故障所涉及的具体内容选择合适的维修手段,确保故障处理达到最佳效果,进而提高整个液压系统的整体质量与效率。
As an important part of the construction machinery equipment,the performance of hydraulic system is directly related to the safety,stability,service life and others of the equipment,it must cause the great importance to the relevant personnel.According to the analysis of common failure types of hydraulic transmission system,it mainly includes the following cases:first,abnormal vibration occurs inside the hydraulic pump station;Second,the hydraulic tubing is broken or blocked;Third,oil leakage leads to abnormal conditions of equipment.In order to solve the problems effectively,it is necessary to formulate and implement corresponding measures based on actual work requirements and specific causes of faults,so as to ensure that the troubleshooting solution is feasible and reasonable,and the attention should be paid to select the appropriate maintenance means according to the specific contents involved in different faults,to ensure that the fault treatment effect reaches the best state,and improve the overall quality and efficiency of the whole hydraulic system.
