摘要
运用2种监测技术对2台单级双吸泵进行了供水效率试验,一种是通用监测手段,另一种是本研究提出的手段。通用监测手段是通过标准技术进行的,使用Yatesmeter仪器,需要将探针插入输送的水中,本研究提出的非侵入式方法只需要在泵外壳的关键位置安装加速度传感器。数据分析表明:泵振动指数与供水效率表现出很强的相关性,利用振动指数来监测其输送效率是切实可行的。
In this paper,two monitoring techniques are used to test the water supply efficiency of two single stage double suction pumps,one is the general monitoring means,the other is proposed in this study.One is done with a standard technique,using a Yatesmeter instrument that requires a probe to be inserted into the water being delivered.The other is the non-invasive method proposed in this study,which only requires the installation of acceleration sensors at key locations in the pump housing.Data analysis shows that there is a strong correlation between pump vibration index and water supply efficiency,and it is feasible to use vibration index to monitor its transport efficiency.
