摘要
车间表面组装技术(SMT)生产线的设备合理化配置情况,直接影响到产品的生产效率、生产质量。建立新SMT生产线或对老SMT生产线进行改建、扩建,应根据实际情况确定SMT生产线的规模,计算出需要设备的具体数量,同时还应考虑生产线的可扩展性,方便日后扩大生产的规模。由生产条件来确定生产线的规模,需考虑设备的类型及组线方式等诸多因素,进行SMT生产线配置。
The equipment rationalization of workshop surface mount technology(SMT)line directly affects the production efficiency and quality of products.To establish a new SMT line or rebuild or expand the old one,the size of the SMT line should be determined according to the actual situation,and the number of equipment needed should be calculated.And for the convenience of expanding the scale of production in the future,the production line should also consider the scalability.Determine the size of the production line by the production conditions.When configuring the SMT line,it is necessary to consider many factors such as the type of equipment and the way of assembling lines.
