Exploration and research of“binary system”talent training mode--taking Fuzhou Craftsman College as an example

工会与院校联合设立的工匠学院实施“二元制”人才培养模式改革,为“二元制”试点工作丰富了内涵和实践。文章分析了“二元制”试点工作的现状,以福州工匠学院为例,从育人模式、实施路径和工匠精神培育平台等方面探讨和研究工匠学院的“二元制”人才培养模式改革。

The craftsmen college jointly set up by the trade union and colleges implements the reform of“binary system”talent training mode,which has enriched the connotation and practice for the pilot work of the“binary system”.This paper analyzes the cur-rent situation of the pilot work of“binary system”,takes Fuzhou Craftsman College as an example,discusses and studies the reform of“binary system”talent training mode of the craftsman college from the aspects of the education mode,the implementation path and the craftsman spirit cultivation platform.
