为解决焦炉生产过程烟气逸散的问题,黄陵煤化工引进了焦炉负压装煤工艺。介绍了焦炉负压装煤工艺流程,针对焦炉负压装煤项目投运后,煤气净化系统出现的煤气含氧量升高、焦油脱水困难、氨水含油含尘升高等问题,进行了原因分析,并提出了相应的解决对策,取得了良好的效果。

In order to solve the problem of flue gas escape in the coke oven production process,the coke oven negative pressure coal loading process was introduced in Shaanxi Huangling Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.The process flow of coke oven negative pressure coal loading was introduced.After the coke oven negative pressure coal loading project was put into operation,there were such problems as the increase of gas oxygen content,difficulty in dehydration of tar and increase of oil and dust content in ammonia water in the gas purification system,and cause analysis was made.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,and good results were achieved.
