摘要
利用空气流来输送粉体颗粒物料的气力输送系统因具有安全、高效、清洁等特点,被广泛应用于炭黑工厂的物料输送。分析了山东奥瑟亚建阳炭黑有限公司炭黑气力输送管线系统存在的风机性能差、管道接驳点多、缺少伴热系统、支路管线缺少监控点等问题,提出了相应的优化方案及改进措施,改进后的性能测试结果表明:气力输送系统运行的连续性、稳定性有较大提升,产品的细粉含量和水洗筛余物两项性能指标优于改进前,优化后的系统实现了气力输送管线补风口完全关闭,降低了炭黑泄漏风险。
The pneumatic conveying system using air flow to convey powder granular materials was widely used for material conveying in carbon black plants because of its safety,efficiency and cleanliness.Problems of the carbon black pneumatic conveying pipeline system of Shandong OCI-Jianyang Carbon Black Co.,Ltd.were analyzed,such as fan performance,pipeline tie-in points,lack of heat tracing system and monitoring points of branch pipelines,etc.,and the corresponding optimization plan and improvement measures were proposed.The performance test results after improvement showed that the continuity and stability of the pneumatic conveying system had been greatly improved,and the two performance indicators of the product,fine powder content and water washing residue,were better than those before the optimization.Meanwhile,the optimized system could realize the complete closure of the pneumatic conveying pipeline make-up air outlet,which reduced the risk of carbon black leakage.
