摘要
为确定煤气化废水中的总酚含量,需要对其中的酚钠含量进行测定。根据酚钠在酸性条件下可以转化为酚,先用乙醚萃取酚,再用硫酸调节样品的pH值,待酚钠转化为酚后,采用溴量法测定其含量,并对分析结果进行验证。结果表明:乙醚可以将样品中的苯酚全部萃取;在酸性条件下,水样中的苯酚钠可以完全转化为苯酚;苯酚-苯酚钠溶液分离过程对原溶液中苯酚钠浓度的影响不大;采用该方法测定废水中的酚钠含量切实可行。
In order to determine the total phenol content in coal gasification wastewater,it was necessary to determine the sodium phenoxide content.Based on the fact that sodium phenoxide could be converted into phenol under acidic conditions,phenol was first extracted with ether,and then the pH value of the sample was adjusted with sulfuric acid.After the sodium phenoxide was converted into phenol,its content was determined by bromometry,and the analysis results were verified.The results showed that ether could extract all phenol from the water sample;under acidic conditions,sodium phenoxide in water sample could be completely converted to phenol;the separation process of phenol-sodium phenoxide solution had little effect on the concentration of sodium phenoxide in the original solution,showing that it was feasible to use this method to determine the content of sodium phenoxide in wastewater.
