山东省海洋中药传承与创新发展现状分析及建议

Analysis and Suggestions on Present Situation of Inheritance and Innovation of Marine Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong Province

海洋中药是我国“蓝色药库”的重要组成部分,山东省海洋中药的传承创新发展有一定基础与优势,有望成为海洋经济新的增长点。以《中华海洋本草》为库源和主线,在中医药原创思维指导下,采用文献计量、知识图谱、数据挖掘等先进技术方法,系统调研了山东省海洋中药研发与产业化现状及其影响因素,总结山东省海洋中药传承与创新发展的优势,揭示海洋中药资源非常丰富,科研实力、产业开发和质量监管控制居全国前列。但也存在资源利用不够、品种混乱,产品开发利用种类、数量较少,以及海洋中药企业整体实力不强、缺少龙头品牌企业等短板。提出了海洋强国和健康中国战略背景下山东省海洋中药传承创新发展的技术路径,指出了加强基础研究使之成为海洋中药健康发展的基石,提升海洋中药养殖生产规模、提高海洋中药资源利用效率,推进海洋中药及复方深度研发和产业化等对策建议。

Marine traditional Chinese medicine(MTCM)is essential to China’s“Blue Drug Store”as the unique advantage in marine drugs.Shandong Province has the specific foundation and advantages in the inheritance and innovation of MTCM,and is expected to become a new growth point of marine economy.Taking Chinese Marine Materia Medica as the source and the main line,under the guidance of the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper systematically investigated the present situation and the influencing factors of the research and development and industrialization of MCTM in Shandong Province as well as home and abroad with the methods of bibliometrics,knowledge graph,data mining,and so on.Meanwhile,we summarized the advantages of the inheritance and innovative development of MTCM in Shandong Province,including that MTCM resources are very rich,scientific research strength,industrial development and quality supervision and control rank among the top in China.However,there are also shortcomings such as insufficient utilization of resources,confusion of varieties,less variety and quantity of product development and utilization,weak overall strength of marine traditional Chinese medicine enterprises and lack of leading brand enterprises.On this basis,the technical path are proposed for the inheritance and innovation development of MTCM in Shandong Province under the background of the strategies of maritime power and healthy China,and countermeasures and suggestions are pointed out,such as strengthening basic research to lay the foundation for the healthy development of MTCM,improving the production scale of MTCM culture,improving the utilization efficiency of MTCM resources,and promoting the deep research and development and industrialization of MTCM and its compounds.
